Guidance Package

The consultant prepared a guidance package to build a shared understanding of operations within the General Plan and EIR process. While the primary users of this document are the City staff and consultant team, the public may also find it to be a handy reference package.

The guidance package contains a description of:

• Overall project approach and objectives
• Project principles
• Team organization and responsibilities
• Communication procedures
• Schedule and budget
• Scope of work

It should be noted that this is a working document and does not replace or constitute a contractual obligation on either the City or consultant team. Additionally, the contents are subject to change.
