Joint Commission
A joint meeting of three city commissions: Planning; Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts; and Traffic. The results of the meetings were reported to the City Council by commissioners and were cited by council members as “A great example of everybody working together.”

Rush Park, Rossmoor
The City of Los Alamitos staffed a booth at the Rossmoor Community Festival at Rush Park in Rossmoor. Attendees were shown many of the same materials displayed at the community open houses, including the chance to fill out a survey. The festival was co-sponsored by the Rossmoor Homeowners Association and the Rossmoor Community Service District.
